White My Bite Pty Ltd is happy to ship orders anywhere in Australia – for free!
Free shipping is available to all individual (non-business) purchases within Australia. To enquire about stocking White My Bite Professional Teeth Whitening Systems at your retail outlet please email us at info@whitemybite.com.au. 

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive.

When we have received your order
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details  (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

How long will my order take?
White My Bite Pty Ltd sends all orders by Australia Post and you can expect your products to arrive within 2 – 4  working days within Victoria or within 7 working days for other states; depending on where you live in Australia.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days contact us.

Our delivery guarantee
White My Bite Pty Ltd makes every effort to ensure your products are always available however should we be temporarily out of stock we will contact you by email to advise you of the next availability or of a suitable alternative.

Our delivery conditions
White My Bite Pty Ltd recommends that you choose a delivery point where somewhere is available to receive the parcel. Should no one be home Australia Post will leave a delivery card so you can collect your parcel at your convenience.
