About 18 months ago , I went overseas and had some laser whitening done on my teeth and was extremely pleased with the results. Since then I have been searching for a product to help me maintain these results through the rigors of drinking coffee and red wine!! I have tried many Brands that were very complicated to use and left me unsatisfied with the results. Now I have found it - White My Bite!! I purchased the product that includes the blue light & highest strength - my results have been truly amazing! They look as good now as when I stepped off that plane 18 months ago. The mouthguards were easy to fit, the product not complicated and the blue light really quite convenient to pop in to your mouth for half an hour to "boost" the result. (I find it particularly good as an instant fix after drinking the afore mentioned dreaded coffee & red wine- IT REALLY WORKS!!) I did not find that it made my teeth any more sensitive than usual (although I do use a sensitive teeth toothpaste anyway).
